DULUX EXSULITE

One of the newer innovative and cost-effective systems, Dulux Exsulite is a lightweight, multi-layered cavity wall cladding system for suitable 1-2 storey residential construction projects. It can also be used as a remedial facade system for renovation projects with appropriate design. It offers efficient installation and high thermal efficiency with strength and durability delivered by a fibreglass reinforced high impact strength multi-layered coating system. The Exsulite System is a fully integrated (single supply source from cladding right through to external coating) giving you total peace of mind when installed by us as registered installers.

The Systems are certified for compliance with the BCA including Weatherproofing Performance. Integration of design, components and installation is critical in ensuring long term performance which is why Exsulite is designed as a total system from the Vapour Permeable Building Wrap right through to the Weatherproofing Finishing Systems. The Exsulite-EPS Thermal Facade System offers a high insulation performance up to R4.9 subject to system specifications. Exsulite-EPS is rated to BAL29 (Bushfire Attack Level 29), suitable for use in High Risk areas as defined in Australian Standard “AS 3959 : Construction of Buildings in Bushfire Prone areas”. Compliance to standard is relative to the Specification & Installation of the Full System as detailed in the relevant System Certification.

CSR HEBEL

One of the sturdiest wall systems on the market, CSR Hebel panels are a solid building material made from autoclaved aerated concrete containing steel reinforcement for added strength with an anti-corrosion layer on the steel for maximum durability. Compared to traditional masonry, installation of Hebel Panel system is 60% faster.

 Hebel offers a whole host of benefits including durability, termite resistance and high thermal and acoustic performance.  Moreover, it’s non-combustible which is important when it comes to safety and security. Hebel systems meet or exceed all six Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) categories. Compared to traditional masonry, installation of Hebel Panel system is 60% faster. External walls built with Hebel are paired with an acrylic coating system, giving you the freedom to choose your own colour palette, knowing you can easily change it over time.
